Hallam Stevens is Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies in the College of Arts, Society and Education at James Cook University in Townsville, Australia. I write about genomics, the life sciences, big data, and the history of computers. My teaching interests include history of science and technology, food history, and science, technology and society.
